I never planned to write Stay On the Wall. Finish! from a place of comfort.  I never planned to write Stay On the Wall. Finish! from a place of comfort. It grew out of real life—through seasons that tested my faith, challenged my focus, and taught me the value of faithful stewardship.  But this book did come from real life experiences.

For years, I was busy, capable, responsible, and tired. I knew how to lead, build, organize, serve, and keep going. I also knew what it felt like to be pulled in too many directions while trying to convince myself I could handle it all.

But there came a point when I had to be honest. I was doing a lot of good things, but I was not always doing the thing God had placed in my hands. I kept making excuses. I kept delaying obedience. I kept saying, “not right now,” even when I knew God was calling me to move.

Stay On the Wall. Finish! was born from that place.

This book is not just something I wrote. It is something I had to live through. It is for the person who knows they have an assignment but keeps getting distracted, delayed, discouraged, or pulled away from the work God gave them to finish.

My heart is to help people return to their wall with clarity, faith, discipline, and courage to finish well.

 For more than 20 years, I've served as an executive leadership strategist, executive coach, human resources executive, and author. Across every role, one thread has remained the same: helping people bring order to complexity so they can lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose. 

My hope is simple: to walk alongside people as they return to the wall, build ordered steps, and faithfully finish what God has placed in their hands.
