The Stay On the Wall. Finish! 30-Day Challenge is a faith-centered growth experience designed to help participants live with greater alignment, focus, discipline, and purpose.
The challenge helps you practice behavior improvement, strengthen practical skillsets or leadership competencies, and track visible growth through the ALIGN™ Evidence Ladder™.
This is not about performance or perfection. It is about purpose-driven living, growth, and faithful follow-through.
1. The Book
Use the main book to learn the principles, understand the framework, and receive the teaching.
Read the assigned section first. Do not rush through the chapters. Pay attention to what stands out, what convicts you, and what helps you recognize where your attention has been pulled away.
2. The Journal Notes
Use the Journal Notes to process what you are learning.
This is where you capture insights, clarify lessons, write prayers, identify Scripture, and notice what God is revealing to you as you move through the material.
3. The Workbook Lab
Use the Workbook Lab to apply the material.
This is where the work becomes practical. The exercises, assessments, scorecards, and action plans help you move from awareness to alignment, from alignment to focus, and from focus to faithful execution.

The challenge is for believers, faith builders, ministry servants, educators, emerging leaders, small group participants, purpose-driven professionals, and anyone who wants to grow in focus, alignment, and completion.
You do not need a title to participate. You only need a willingness to grow, reflect, practice, and stay on the wall.
The name is inspired by the biblical idea of staying faithful to the work God has placed in your hands.
Your “wall” represents the assignment, growth area, responsibility, or purpose God is calling you to steward in this season.
To stay on the wall means to remain focused, aligned, and faithful instead of being pulled away by distractions, pressure, fear, or unfinished patterns.
There are two foundational pathways:
Path #1: Self Pace (DIY)
This track is for those who want to take their time and go at their own pace. It is a 30-day challenge but you are not pressed to complete it in that timeframe.
Path#2: Group Cohort (Coaching)
This track is done with others. You will join a cohort group and meet once a week with Coach Cathy to move through the challenge and finish in 30-days.

The Wall Finisher Portal is the private access page for registered challenge participants.
Inside the portal, participants can access challenge instructions, digital tools, Evidence Ladder™ check-ins, reflection materials, and next steps. The portal is for registered participants only and should not be shared with non-registered users.
The ALIGN™ Evidence Ladder™ is a growth reflection tool used during the challenge.
It helps participants track visible growth in a skillset or competency by reflecting on awareness, practice, consistency, fruit, and faithful evidence.
The Evidence Ladder™ is not a performance scorecard. It is a growth mirror that helps you see what is changing in how you live, respond, focus, lead, and follow through.
Yes and No, the Evidence Ladder™ is part of the challenge experience. You are not required but it a tool you must use for the award. It helps you reflect on your growth and identify what is becoming visible in your behavior, choices, and leadership. It also supports the challenge coin and medallion process.
A challenge coin is a visible reminder of your growth journey.
Each collectible coin represents a skillset or competency connected to the challenge. The coin is not a reward for perfection. It represents practice, reflection, evidence, and progress. Your kit includes one collectible challenge coin, a display stand, and an information card.
Yes. Participants may be able to earn additional coins as they continue through skillsets or competencies connected to the challenge. Each coin represents a specific area of growth. Additional coin opportunities may be offered separately.
The Finisher’s Mastery Medallion is a special recognition for participants who complete a full Challenge (book, skillset or competency pathway) and meet the final reflection and evidence requirements. Once the entire book, skillset or competency pathway is completed, participants may apply for the Finisher’s Mastery Medallion. The medallion celebrates formation, practice, growth, and faithful completion.
The challenge is not a traditional training course. It a unique guided 30-day growth experience that includes reflection, practice, digital tools, journaling, and evidence-based check-ins. Some versions may include group coaching or guided support, depending on the option selected.
We broke up this rich content into smaller consumable modules. Each module is 4-weeks or 30-days.
Path 1: Self-Paced Challenge
For people who want to move through the book set on their own.
Path 2: 4-Week Group Coaching Book Read-Through
This is the recommend path to Start Here. It is the Foundation Challenge.
The goal is not to master the whole system. The goal is to read through the book, understand the message, and focus deeply on Part 1: The Problem and Part 2: The Principle. Those two parts create awareness and conviction: why we come down from the wall, and why we must stay with the assignment.
Path 3: Part 3 Challenge — Build Your ALIGN™ Personal Governance System
This is where people move from inspiration to structure. Part 3 teaches the practical framework: Align, Filter, Focus, Finish. It helps the reader organize priorities, reduce mental clutter, and return quickly when distraction interrupts progress.
Path 4: Part 4 Challenge — Build the Right Skillsets
This is the discipleship skillset challenge. This one should focus on assessment, growth, and practice: attention governance, boundaries, execution discipline, emotional governance, completion mastery, and the other skillsets. The Workbook Lab even warns not to work on everything at once, but to actively focus on one area at a time.
Path 5: Part 5 Challenge — Co-Mission Leadership
This becomes the leadership formation challenge. It is for people ready to move from personal alignment into Spirit-led leadership, maturity, discernment, fortitude, and leading from the wall.
Yes. The book is required and is included in each challenge track. The book helps you understand the deeper message behind the framework, including spiritual alignment, distraction, purpose-driven living, the ALIGN™ Personal Governance System, and faithful completion.

Yes. Churches, ministries, women’s groups, leadership teams, discipleship groups, and small groups can participate together within their organization.
