The Wall Finisher’s Medallion is awarded to the now Wall Finishers who completed the 30-Day Wall Challenge journey and show evidence of growth, practice, reflection, and a personal governance plan for finishing faithfully what God has assigned.
This is not a performance award. It is a formation marker.
It honors the person who stayed on the wall, practiced the framework, completed the required steps, and showed visible growth in how they live, respond, focus, lead, and follow through.
The Wall Finisher’s Medallion is a visual reminder of the journey.
It represents:
The medallion marks the completed journey.
Participants will submit the Challenge Turnover Package Completion Form in the Wall Site portal. A Turnover package in construction is the permits, checklists and final “as-built” blueprints of the project. You may apply for the Wall Finisher’s Medallion after completing the required 30-Day Wall Challenge tracking card assignments.
This may include:
The process helps protect the meaning of the medallion and keeps it connected to growth, practice, and evidence.
Wall Finisher. 30-Day Wall Challenge.
“Well done, good and faithful servant...” — Matthew 25:21
The medallion is a keepsake reminder that you stayed with the work, practiced the skillsets or competencies, and completed the pathway with purpose. It is also a reminder of what we desire to hear said at the end of assignment.
The Wall Finisher’s Medallion is connected to the Challenge Turnover Package Completion Form. Participants are asked to attest to a checklist of items, complete the challenge card and upload a picture of your finished ALIGN Personal Governance System™ Blueprint poster.
Then you complete your Challenge Turnover Package Completion Form to receive your medal. This process helps confirm that the participant did more than complete activities. You practiced the framework, reflected honestly, and identified evidence of growth. Evidence may include a better response, a completed assignment, improved focus, stronger boundaries, clearer priorities, spiritual regulation, steadier leadership, or more faithful follow-through. It not judgment. It's accountable.
