Grow the skillsets that help you live aligned. The Co-Missioned Leadership™ Challenge is for everyday believers who want to grow in purpose-driven living. This challenge helps you practice the simple but powerful skillsets that make alignment visible in daily life. 

This challenge helps you take these big ideas and turn them into simple daily practice. You will learn how to pause, notice, choose, act, and return. You will begin to see where distractions pull you away, where your environment affects your focus, where your emotions try to lead, and where your priorities need better structure. This is discipleship you can practice in real life. At home. At work. In ministry. In relationships. In your thoughts. In your decisions. In your daily habits.

The goal is not to become perfect.

The goal is to become more aligned. 

During the challenge, you will practice:

Here are short, simple descriptions for each Co-Missioned Leadership Framework competencies:

• Spiritual Alignment
  Staying connected to God’s direction so your choices, motives, and leadership remain grounded.
• FaithSkillz™ Development
  Practicing faith as a daily skill through trust, obedience, courage, and action.
• Spiritual Discernment
  Recognizing what is assigned, what is distracting, and what requires wisdom before responding.
• Spiritual Regulation
  Staying steady with God when pressure, conflict, fear, or emotion tries to take over.
• Focused Execution
  Moving forward with clear action on what matters most instead of being pulled by everything.
• Fortitude
  Remaining faithful, steady, and committed when the work is difficult or takes longer than expected.
• The Co-Mission Lived Out
  Living and leading in partnership with God so your assignment produces visible fruit.

But don’t worry. We are not making this complicated. 

You will also learn how to recognize growth through the ALIGN™ Evidence Ladder™, so you are not just saying, “I think I am doing better.”

You will be able to say, “Here is the evidence.”

• You keep starting but struggle to finish.
• You feel pulled in too many directions.
• You know God gave you something to complete.
• You need a simple structure to stay focused.
• You want to grow spiritually without making it complicated.
• You are a leader, creative, ministry worker, professional, entrepreneur, or purpose-driven believer who needs to get back to the wall.
• You do not need to have it all together.
• You are ready to stop drifting and start living more intentionally.

This is not just a devotional.

This is not just a journal.

This is not just a motivational challenge.

This is a practical discipleship challenge that connects faith, focus, action, and evidence.

You will not only read and reflect. You will practice.

Each month, you focus on one growth skillset.

You will:

• Learn it — Understand what the skillset means in plain language.
• Notice it — Pay attention to where it shows up in your life.
• Practice it — Take one simple action connected to the skillset.
• Track it — Use the ALIGN™ Evidence Ladder™ to see your growth.
• Celebrate it — Notice progress without shame or pressure.

You are not trying to master everything in one day.

You are practicing one skill at a time.

  Depending on the option you choose, the challenge may include: 

• A challenge guide
• Stay On the Wall book with Daily reflection prompts, Prayer prompts, Journaling pages
• Workbook exercises
• ALIGN™ Evidence Ladder™ tool
• Optional group coaching or accountability support
• A Challenge Coin for each competency your are working on

 The Stay On the Wall. Finish! Challenge Coins are earned as visible markers of growth, practice, and progress.

Each coin represents a specific skillset or competency in the challenge. Participants do not receive coins for performance, perfection, or comparison. Coins are earned through reflection, practice, evidence, and demonstrated growth.

As Faith Finishers move through the challenge, they complete guided activities, Evidence Ladder™ check-ins. When growth is visible (aka proficient or expert level) and the required challenge steps are completed, the participant becomes eligible to earn that coin.

The coins serve as reminders of what has been practiced, strengthened, and formed.

You can give glory to God and say:

• I practiced this.
• I grew in this.
• I stayed on the wall.
• I have evidence.

Participants in the Co-Missioned Leadership Challenge may earn coins for competencies such as:

• Spiritual Alignment
• FaithSkillz™ Development
• Spiritual Discernment
• Spiritual Regulation
• Focused Execution
• Fortitude
• The Co-Mission Lived Out

Each coin reflects growth in a leadership competency needed to live, serve, and lead from alignment.

As you move through the Stay On the Wall. Finish! Challenge, you can earn challenge coins for each skillset or competency you complete. Each coin is a visible reminder of growth, practice, and evidence.

Once you earn all required coins in your challenge track, you may apply for the Faith Finisher’s Mastery Medallion, a special recognition for participants who complete the full growth journey and submit their final Evidence Ladder™ review.
