How This Challenge Came to Be

You know that thing you keep saying you are going to finish?

The book. The plan. The ministry idea. The business step. The healing work. The habit. The assignment God keeps bringing back to your heart. That is your wall.

The Stay On the Wall. Finish! Challenge was created from a simple but powerful burden: too many people are carrying purpose, vision, gifts, and assignments, but they are exhausted by distraction and discouraged by unfinished work. That was and is me. I'm Cathy Price the creator of this challenge. This is my God given assignment. I transitioned from corporate HR developing people for performance to developing disciples for purpose. 

The message began with the biblical picture of Nehemiah rebuilding the wall. When others tried to pull him away from the work, his response was clear: he was doing a great work and could not come down. That same principle speaks to the modern believer who is trying to obey God while managing noise, pressure, emotional demands, spiritual fatigue, competing priorities, and constant interruption.

This challenge was created to help people return to the wall. Not just once. Daily.

The Stay On the Wall. Finish! message grew into a discipleship and leadership framework because focus is not only a productivity issue. It is a formation issue. What we give our attention to shapes our obedience, our maturity, our peace, our leadership, and our ability to complete what God has placed in our hands.

Over time, the framework became connected to the ALIGN™ Personal Governance System, a faith-centered system designed to help people live with purpose, filter what is not assigned, focus on what matters, and finish the work. The challenge brings that system into a practical daily rhythm.

It also includes the ALIGN™ Evidence Ladder™, a growth tool that helps participants look for visible evidence of development. Instead of only asking, “Did I feel inspired?” the challenge asks, “What changed in my choices, attention, obedience, discipline, response, and follow-through?”

The Stay On the Wall. Finish! Challenge was created for believers who want to grow with God in a practical way. It is for people who love God, want to obey Him, and need help staying focused long enough to finish the assignment God has placed in your hands.

• It is for the person who has been pulled away too many times.
• It is for the leader who keeps pouring out but needs to return to spiritual alignment.
• It is for the creative, professional, ministry servant, entrepreneur, parent, or purpose-driven believer who knows there is still work to complete.

This challenge is not about striving. It is about returning.

The mission of the Stay On the Wall. Finish! Challenge is to help believers strengthen spiritual discipline, practice focused obedience, develop Co-Mission Leadership, and complete the work God has entrusted to them.

We believe God gives everyone assignments, but people need formation to carry them well. Distraction, fear, emotional pressure, and lack of structure can pull people away from the work. With spiritual alignment, practical governance, and daily evidence-based reflection, believers can learn to stay steady and finish faithfully.

This challenge is not simply a devotional plan.

It is not only a journal.

It is not just a motivation exercise.

It is a discipleship framework connected to daily action and visible evidence of growth. 

It is a leadership framework connected to how you show up daily with visible evidence.

Participants are invited to read, reflect, pray, act, and assess. The goal is to bring faith into daily practice and help believers become more consistent, grounded, focused, and faithful with what God has placed in their hands.
