Finisher’s Mastery Medallion

The Finisher’s Mastery Medallion is awarded to Wall Finishers who complete a full challenge pathway and show evidence of growth, practice, reflection, and faithful completion.

This is not a performance award.  It is a formation marker.

It honors the person who stayed on the wall, practiced the framework, completed the required steps, and showed visible growth in how they live, respond, focus, lead, and follow through.

The Finisher’s Mastery Medallion is a visual reminder of the journey.

It represents:

• Growth practiced
• Faith strengthened
• Focus restored
• Discipline developed
• Purpose clarified
• Evidence reviewed
• A journey completed

The medallion marks the completed journey.

Participants may apply for the Finisher’s Mastery Medallion after completing the required challenge pathway.

This may include:

• Completing the challenge steps
• Using the ALIGN™ Evidence Ladder™
• Completing journal or reflection activities
• Earning the required challenge coins
• Submitting a final reflection or application

The process helps protect the meaning of the medallion and keeps it connected to growth, practice, and evidence.

The medallion is a keepsake reminder that you stayed with the work, practiced the skillsets or competencies, and completed the pathway with purpose.

The Finisher’s Mastery Medallion is connected to the Challenge Checkout. Participants are asked to attest to a checklist of items and upload a picture of your finished ALIGN™ Personal Governance System Roadmap poster. 

Then you complete your Challenge Checkout form to receive your medallion. This process helps confirm that the participant did more than complete activities. You practiced the framework, reflected honestly, and identified evidence of growth. Evidence may include a better response, a completed assignment, improved focus, stronger boundaries, clearer priorities, spiritual regulation, steadier leadership, or more faithful follow-through. It not judgment. It's accountable.

• Read the book. This is reason for the challenge. To encourage you to read and practice.
• Build your basic Roadmap to return to the Wall.
• Practice the skillsets or competencies.
• Use the digital tools, such as the Evidence Ladder™ at the Wall Site portal
• Apply for the Finisher’s Mastery Medallion using the Challenge Checkout form in the portal. 
• Earn a Finisher's Medallion for each challenge.
