Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and materials, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with a description of the damage and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved damage claims may be eligible for a partial refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
